Ingredients
- 1 loaf stale bread
- 8 whole eggs
- 2 cups milk

- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
- Prepare the Bread: Grease a 9×13-inch pan. tear the bread into chunks and place them in the greased pan.
- Mix the Custard: In a large bowl, mix together the eggs, milk, cream, sugar and vanilla. Pour the mixture evenly over the bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Make the Topping: In another bowl, mix together the flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt. Add the butter and mix until the butter comes together in small pebbles. Store in a plastic bag in the fridge.
- Bake: Preheat the over to 350°F (175°C). Take your pan with the soaking bread and sprinkle the crumb mixture on top. Bake for 45 minutes for a softer texture or up to an hour for a firmer texture.
